@romsar , is it just a standalone page ? with no connection to any other page ? if you have a parent child relationship, it seems like the issue with that relationship, where system cannot find the objkey to connect with the parent data.

is this kind of a stand alone page where you are trying to store some data ? for example, a place to store certain basic data to support one of your functionalities ? or does this custom page has a connection with any other page ?

hope you have executed the Update Page layout by right clicking on the custom pages line in the above window ?

@NiyomalN the page is isolated from any other IFS screen.

I was informed that a user has this error message by updated data, but not another user, I’m still thinking it’s a privilege issue. When I updated the page first time I was reported this issue, the user noticed no difference.

any idea?
