Hi Everyone,

Using IFS apps 9

When printing a purchase order (changes, work copy, etc) and choosing the email option there is a default email message that is sent out saying that the archived PDF file is ready.

I’d like to either

  1. suppress this email and create a custom email event action with my own defined message, subject, etc. OR
  2. Modify this emails subject. message, etc

Right now when I create a custom event action using the PDF_REPORT_CREATED event, I’m able to generate my own custom defined email, but I’m simultaneously receiving this predefined email as well.
