We recently have the problem that when streams are sent there is no notification at the bottom that there is a new stream (red icon at the bottom). We never receives the numerical notification in Streams when we sent something. 

When the warehouse set the CO status to Picked normally a stream will be send to the Transport department. , a red ball normally appears at the bottom of Streams (notification that there is a NEW stream)

Now we receive the stream, but we are no longer notified. 
This is very inconvenient, now we have to get back on it and refresh.

Hi @HOOJEWINL ,

First of all if you are in APP9 and you are in below UPD14 then please try out this solution “268489”.

Secondly you can go to this window "Oracle Queues" and check whether there is any Messages stuck in queues (Check the column “Messages in Queue Table”). And if you find any queue which has this situation, then you can RMB on that specific queue and press "Purge Queue Table". By doing it will remove all the stuck messages in the queue.

Afterwards you can try to stop all the queues and start all the queues with in the same window “Oracle Queues”. Simply you can RmB on a queue and stop the queue and same way you can start it.

Finally, go to IFS Middleware Admin Console and redirect to Main Cluster -> Deployments and check "ifs-streams" deployment is in Active state. If it is not please try to start it. If it is not starting through admin console, then try to do a reconfiguration to the application.
