Search parameters not being applied?

I have a navigationLink in a custom page and it does take me to the desired page with the search filters in place but is like the search is not being executed, i still see the previous search.

Here it is an example
 

After i click the search button i can see the propper record
 

but now if i select another record from my custom page the new values in the search will be updated but the record being shown still the same as previous screenshot
 

Does anyone have faced the same problem? any idea what could be happening?

ps: Im aware of the search setting but this is what i have
