Customer created a custom filed with data type Enumeration with format multi.
Page designer filed properties also set to Searchable True.
But the field is not available in the Search.

Hi
Search on multi-select fields is not supported at the moment as far as I'm aware. I would suggest you raise an idea for this here in the community!
