Hi all,

 

Many of our users are complaining that the search fields are disappearing when re-loading the pages in IFS Cloud. We have already tried having them save & properly log out and log back in, but the search fields keep reverting back to the default ones and not the user selected ones.

Is there a way to force the fields to save other then that? We are not looking to customize those search fields for all users, just having the user defined ones save. It’s odd because sometimes they “stick” and other times they revert back.

 

 

We noticed that on initial load of a page (if you use the browser’s refresh button), the search fields that we want displayed are not shown. If we navigate to another page, and then back, the search fields are there. Frustrating for end-users, and surprised a year has gone by with no attention given to this.

I would like to join this request. This topic is very problematic for our users too.

A particular example is on the screen “Purchase Order” where the field “Order N°” is not selected by defect.

This field is the main one.
