Question about specification of PGA Memory Usage

Hi All

i'd like to confirm about specification of PGA Memory usage, and session release timing of IFS.
1. (1-1) What exactly timing did the sessions related to non-IFSSYS users (xxxx) create?
(1-2) When does INACTIVE sessions start releasing?

2. Which exactly IFS screen is it for expiration date/time of above INACTIVE sessions?
      
3. Why does NOT IFSSYS session release?
    Does this setting come from "Connection on Pool"?

If this is Apps10, then YES all of the connections are coming from one of three connection pools. One possibility is to reduce the minimum value for the connection pool to reduce the initial usage.
