Currently, almost all of our customer orders automatically have their pick lists created and printed when the customer order status gets changed to reserved. This is what we want to have happen for all customer orders, but customer orders with the supply code of “Purch Ord Trans” do not get printed.
Even when we receive items in stock for these orders, their pick lists still do not get automatically created.
I have tried creating workflows, using scheduled database tasks, but nothing seems to trigger these pick lists to create. On the “Create pick list for customer order” screen, there are always a handful of pick list that we need to manually create by clicking “create pick list” on them. =
Is there a work around for this? Any and all advise would be appreciated.
