Payment Method per Institute- issue

Files are not moving in the hist folder as defined in the following window, we just upgraded from IFS8 to IFS10 and seeing this issue. can anyone point me to where can i look for some more troubleshooting and fix

you didn’t define the output file path.

Do you get any error messages while creating a payment proposal?

@Link this process is actually copying files in ‘hist’ folder and not moving as it was moving in IFS8 with same settings. 
I have not about any other errors in the process so far. so all good .

this issue is resolved when granted full permissions on folder (delete, move) to the user
