Hello,

I am trying to create new translation for "Characteristics values".

 

I  have managed to create the translation for the "Characteristic Code", (MAT = Material), but I cannot create the translation for the "Characteristic Value Alpha". When i click RMB-"Transaltions"

 

 

 

 

I am not able to add the characteristic values (1, 2, 3 etc). What is actually the "Attribute Key"?

 

 

What is the right way to create characteristic values translations?

Hi Jan,

I checked the code and this error is raised when there is no line in Translations with the Attribute Key = 1 and Language Code = ‘PROG’

This one should have been created when inserting and saving the characteristic value. How this values have been inserted?. Manually, migration job, script?.

Then, as a possible solution, try to remove the characteristic value line and insert it again.

thanks a lot for your answers.

Version 10 update 8.

 

The values have been inserted by migratiion job.

It is impossible to re-create the values again since they are used in plenty of inventory parts.

 

Is there any solution??
