I have two questions regarding a lobby element I have in a lobby:

1. On the “IT Manager Lobby” (screencap attached)  I want to be able to go directly to the Lobby Element “Users with multiple companies”. At the moment when I click on that Element it opens it in a window but when I copy the url address and paste it into  a new blank window  it takes me to the Lobby page not that element  of the page.
2. I then want toe be able to click on an individual  Company  in the Lobby Element (i.e. company 100) and have it bring up the number of  departments attached to that company. I also want to be able to click on a Department (i.e. UK Contracts). and see what companies are attached to that department. I want to do something similar with UserID

I would appreciate any guidance
