Hi,
Does anyone know how to add message body to a routing address mail in Apps10?
There is to, Subject, attachment but I don’t see any options for the body.

Hey Anne-Sophie!
Routing Rules and Addresses process Application Messages IN/OUT.
Assuming this is an OUT message you will need to generate an Application Message that contains the message body (in the right format) that IFS CONNECT can process and route using your setup above.
Depending on your objective there are a number of ways to create the Application Message:
- Create a Procedure (PLSQL) and call using RMB or Event
- Connectivity Setup
- Report Rule
- Setup an Event/Event Action
- Replication Migration Job
- etc.
Will need more info to narrow down these options.

Many Thanks for the quick reply. I think I know your name from somewhere :).
We already have an application message using this routing address and it generates an email with a CSV attached through PL/SQL but we want to know if we can add text to the email generated like below:
Can we customise the text so instead of showing Attachment from, we have our own text?
