Is there a way to capture the email address or display name of the person that sent an email when the email is picked up by IFS’s connect mail reader?  I’m working on creating an auto-update process for Call Center cases, I have set up a Mail Reader to watch an account and I can read in the message body of the email, but so far haven’t found how to tell where the email was sent from.  Has anyone found a way to do that?

Hi @moltbd ,

We are looking into using call center as well and we’ve found a product from a company called Addovation which will allow internal and external customers to send emails to specific email addresses and it will create a call center case and attach any documents to the case which were attached to the email.  Below is the link to the product information.  We care considering this route instead of trying to create it ourselves.
