Login Error - trying to open IFS receiving message contact the vendor

On trying to log into IFS the user is receiving Contact the Vendor instead of the login screen.

 

I have managed to get the user going by changed the default web browser from Edge to Internet Explorer.

 

Can you please advise.

Perhaps its a browser cache issue. Try again in edge after clearing edge browser cache
