User is experiencing error:
The Ledger Item object is locked by another user.
I have asked user to log off and back into IFS but this hasn't resolved the issue.
Also by checking database session screen I have confirmed no one else is using the ledger item API.
This is preventing them from saving supplier offset records.
Any ideas how we can resolve this please?

have you checked to see if the user may be selecting a a supplier invoice for offset that is already selected in a payment proposal?
Yesterday user was doing a payment proposal when IFS bombed out which I suspect has locked things. The Payment Proposal has been deleted which should have released the transactions.
There are no payment proposals pending so something else must be locking the transactions.
