we are getting this below error while deploying delivery
install_fndmws.xml:337: Failed to deploy applications. Error is: Error when deploying applications: com.oracle.cie.domain.script.jython.WLSTException: Failed to deploy applications: ['client'] Finalize process IFS Base Functionality 7.0.0
could anyone please suggest here

According to the error it looks like the client.war file was not deployed into the Middleware Server. This could be due to errors in client files or other reasons. Have a look at the response marked as answer in following article.
This should help you troubleshoot the issue to a certain extent.
