Is setting of VPN profile static and will not to be any changed?

Hi, all.

I am understanding that the destination information contained in the VPNProfile that is downloaded from the Build place and used to connect with Azure VPN Client is static and will NOT be changed.
Is my understanding correct?
I am asking this question to confirm that we can register a fixed FQDN for the connection destination in order to set up a network at the customer's environment.
