We have noticed get below Error in Print Manger on some of the print reports 

IfsPSCrystalReportsPlugin.CRPlugin. StartPrintJob()
 Crystal reports Plugin failed!

it is also noticeable that after this the print server is not processing jobs due to a script error in the IFS print server. This error could occur if there is a change in the report layout or if the report has been amended. Just to clarify, this is related to App7.5.

Could you please let us know, what is the windows server version? is it Windows Server 2019.?
