IFS10 Database Processes stuck

Hi, all,

I recently recreated a new database server from production backup, a brand new middleware server to build a separate environment.  Everything seemed good so far, until I found some messages had not gotten processed through.  Looking deeper, then I found the Database Processes were all stuck on the last time I installed the MOD (after MW base)…

I tried a couple of things:

1. Reactive the processes, failed; 
2. Reactive batch queue, failed (not totally, but you can see the next Plan did get updated, but no action at all after);
3. Stop and start the queues, failed;
4. Restarted the MW server, failed;
5. Restarted the PDB with job_queue_processes=160, failed (following by restarting MWserver)

Now I’m run out of idea, any one could help me ?
