IFS Security Checkpoint and Novacura Flow

Hi

I am looking to perform a Work Guideline Sign Off using Novacura Flow whilst having the SHPORD_SUBTASK_SIGNOFF Security Checkpoint Active.

If I perform the sign off in the Work Guideline screen, with the debug console on, whilst the Authentication Request window is displayed, there isn’t anything in the PL/SQL details to show a procedure call I can use to get the username and password pushed through, so the Security Checkpoint is passed.

Has anyone been able to overcome this issue with Security Checkpoints? I don’t want to go down the route if possible of :-

1. Disable the Security Checkpoint.
2. Create a background job to re-enable the Security Checkpoint if it is disabled. (This caters for when the user doesn’t have the necessary Employee Qualification to sign off the Work Guideline and step 3 fails).
3. Sign Off the Work Guideline.
4. Re-enable the Security Checkpoint
