We have a few users who have been getting almost daily email notifications from IFS DEV that they have supplier invoices to authorize. I’m not sure why these emails are being generated from DEV versus from PROD. However, where can I go to review these alerts and disable/change email settings? I’m sure it would be the same for both PROD/TEST/DEV.

Most likely either someone is performing testing in the DEV environment or when the DEV environment was last refreshed from PROD these invoices were requiring authorization in the PROD environment and after refresh the DEV environment started sending the emails. To stop them I'd log into the DEV environment and approve them or disable the event sending them out.

You need to navigate to Solution Manager -> Integration -> Events then populate all.
I suspect the event id sending the emails is SUPPLIER_INVOICE_AUTHORIZATION. You would need to disable the event to stop the notification.
