Can someone tell me how I can reset my password for the IFS Customer Support Portal?

Go to ifs.com/corp/login and then scroll down a bit and under “Need help?” click the forgot your password link.
Well, there is a change password link from the landing page of the Customer Portal
https://portal.ifsworld.com/portal/
But…..there was a recent change to the way you access the site and there is an initial login dialog that you have to pass through and it doesn’t show a change password link. So if you can’t get past that, I’m not sure where you go other than to the IFS Webpage and contact them directly.
This would be good information except the https://portal.ifsworld.com/portal/ no longer works. What happened to it?
We now get:
Http/1.1 Service Unavailable
It is still good information.
The site is down for everyone, that is a different issue, it is down from this link or ifs.com. Not sure why that is comment worthy for something mentioned 5 months ago.

since one week I have no acces to LCS. My password did not work. What can I do?
I can’t find the page for changing the password.
Can somebody help me?

Try going to the main IFS site either here: https://www.ifs.com/login/
Or navigate from ifs.com > Customer Experience > Customer Portal
The password change instructions are partway down the page. I had the same IFS password for 6 years until the recent change, now a password update is forced every 180 days.
This would be good information except the https://portal.ifsworld.com/portal/ no longer works. What happened to it?
We now get:
Http/1.1 Service Unavailable
It is back up now.
