IFS Cloud - Intermittent 404, 401 and 504 Errors - Azure App Gateway

Hi Community 

I have a customer that are experiencing random 404, 401 and 504 HTTP errors with their Remote Hosted IFS Cloud environment. 

 

It is sat behind an Azure Application Gateway and the current thought is that its related to the Application Gateway. Has anyone else experienced issues or is there some specific configuration for IFS Cloud behind an Azure App Gateway?

 

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I haven’t seen this issue with IFS Cloud on AzureAppGW myself, but maybe these suggestion will work on your end.


404: have you tried extending timeout on Health Probes in AzureAppGW?

504: Might also be related to the Health Probes, and/or try to extend Request timeout on Backend in AzureAppGW?

In my envirnoment I got alot of 403 due to OWASP-rules on WAF connected to AzureAppGW, so had to disable quite a few of those. But does not look like your customer have the same issue.
