IFS Cloud Data Source Error Message

What is your IFS Cloud version? Furthermore, could you please share how one of the data sources is configured?

I encountered the same error message while preview the data source lobby. The source is from QIS.

I have not issue if direct query from SQL developer. Seek your expertise advise.

In all the lobby data sources I receive the below error pop up. This happens for all data sources carried over from Apps 10 and some existing. I am quite sure the data sources and views are correct.
