Hi all IFS friends.
I wonder if you have:
a. A strategy / timeline for data archiving in Apps 9?
b. Which tables did you have in scope?
c. Assume a reduction in physical storage of IFS9 DB through removal of records not required (sites closed 10 years ago, transactional data reductions unrelated to 'system of record' govt requirements, etc) - What would the value of executing the archive be? (Reduced index timing, faster performance, reduced backups, reduced CPU / Mem utilization, etc).
Please share your recommendations and experience
