Hello,

 

my customer has an IAL that was scheduled for the 19. October 7 PM and has a runtime of about 7h.

The Problem ist, that the IAL now has Failed Executions = 1, but the Backgroundjob is OK.

Hence the IAL won’t run anymore.

My guess is that there is an timout in the IAL managment after certain execution time and then the IAL is marked as failed but the backgroundjob is still running and after 7 h finished.

 

Does anyone know whether there is a timeout implemented?

 

Environment is APP9

I have now increased the system parameter for erroneouse IALs from 0 to 5, but I don’t think this will solve the general problem.
