Hello,

Is there a location in IFS (IE) where one can see an e-mail that was triggered to a user and see details the details of its success/failure.  We have a user that is not receiving e-mail from IFS and we would like to troubleshoot.

If you are using IFS Applications 10, “Explore Application Messages” would be the place to check. If the notification email is actually triggered, and going in to error for some reason you would see the message details there. In earlier version the navigator path is slightly different but the name is application messages from what i remember.

please note that if the the message did finish successfully from an IFS perspective, and the message was marked as Finished, it will get cleaned up from by an automatic cleanup job.
