How can you push/import specific user profile elements to other user profiles? I want to add a custom application branch to other user Profiles, Can this be done?

This opens a dialog where I have the option to modify profiles (base or personal) for all or select users. I also have the option to modify profiles for users by User Group, Company, Site, or Language. And when I make the change, what Copy Behavior should be used.
