When getting page help, is it good or bad in Aurena?

Hi @gope  - Apologies, but I’m not following. I see the help page … is that not providing the info you need?

The observation is that in IEE the user gets to the page for the client in Aurena the user ends up in a search result with poor hit rate

is any activity on resolving this? Help is unusable in this state … :-(
