Has anybody built a script to remove several user at the same time from a particular Company and Site at the same time? IFS9

Not that I can think of, if you are referring to a PLSQL script, but it should not take too much effort to work out the API methods to call from Users per Company and Sites per User.  You can then utilise this information to build a data migration job to handle the removal process in one go.
