on the one hand I am looking for a set of rules to follow in order to keep the solution consistent. On the other hand I had a german version of a “Betriebskonzept” (= operational concept), where all technical information has been collected in one document. I woud highly appreciate you to provide an empty template for this.

If you are referring to the  IFS Documentations, they are available here at https://docs.ifs.com/. You could also simply search within https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/ to see if you can find the required.  Unfortunately I am not sure of the template document that your are referring to. Hopefully another expert might assist you wit this
