How can I provide access to the "Details" option when right-clicking over a customer record on the page Customer? For more information, please refer to the screenshot

Hi,

Please make sure the Permission Set connected to the user has access to frmCustomerInfo under Presentation Objects by Components in Permission Sets screen.
