Hi Team,

I’ve working on App 9 and we encountered problems when we try to generate crystal report pdf in batch. Some reports can't be opened and get an error in the print file queue.

Error is following : 

ERROR NUMBER: 537001985

And the size of the report in the pdf archive view is only 30:

But if we print the reports individually, all the reports in the print queue are good and we can open them.

Anyone got an idea about this problem ?
