I get an error when deploy a BPMN model.
How can I understand where the error is and data missing or wrong?
Can I see the lines and columns somewhere that can help me to solve the error?

Yes, you can troubleshoot the workflow by passing sample data to the workflow using the Inspect option available to debug the flow.

Usually if the error says “form field ………………..”, then it is related to a User task.. Check if you have added a form field in your user task/s without selecting a type value.
