Difference between the date of creation and the date of registration in the "Customer" page

Hello, 

Can you explain to me the difference between the date of creation and the date of registration in the "Customer" page please? The help is not available for the date of registration.

Hello,

 

Creation Date is the date when the record was created - it is automatically set and cannot be updated.

Date of registration can be entered and updated by user - it can be used for other informational purposes.
