Issue:

Customization option for default menu items isn’t working.

Path:

  1. Go to “prepare work order” screen. RMB à Properties à Advanced
  2. Uncheck not required menu items from checklist and click OK.
  3. Again, click OK to apply changes.

Expected result:

  1. Hide unchecked items.

Actual result:

  1. All default items visible.

Could you please mention the UPD level of the Application? It works fine in one of the internal test environments. Please refer the attached screenshot.

The issue has been resolved since UPD4 via IFS IEE Client Binary patch 10.4.6.0

The reported issue will be fixed via the IEE Client Binary patch 10.4.6.0 included in UPD4. So, If you upgrade in to either the latest UPD level (Currently, the latest UPD level is UPD11) or the Latest IEE Client Binary patch (10.10.18.0), the issue will be fixed.
