I’m trying to display the Commission Receiver data from the Customer record on the Account record. The customer and account are the same DBs, just displayed on different pages for different purposes.
I won’t list everything I have tried because none of them worked.
One of my requirements is that the commission receiver and product code be displayed on the Account page. The Product Code is a custom field.
Known Limitations - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud - According to this document, custom fields are not supported.
Is this something that is even possible? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
