I encountered an issue when creating Custom Menu (PL/SQL Block); namely the execution time of the block is very long - but the result is correct. I noticed that when executing my sql code from sql developer the execution time is ok, but when calling it from IFS execution time is always very long. I tried things like eg. assigning constant/explicit values to variables, getting required data from tables or through the api. And it looks like the ifs is always working much longer on it. In my menu I use also form data as parameters but i don’t think it makes a difference here. One thing that differs from different custom menus is thet i use very long string vqariables concatenated in fotm of “smple_text”||variable a||record separator||”Text2”||unit separators and etc… Thank you in advance for all the tips.
