Search for menu item in navigator Work Task Steps.
Service > Work Management >Execution > Work Task Steps

If you click on “Work Task Steps List”, it will open the list in the page designer below. Then you have to scroll down a bit in the page designer to see it.
It looks like below and there you see the content of the list and can do changes.
Thanks for the guidance, but as soon as i am trying to add any custom list under the newly created tab it is throwing the below error
