Customer need to buy crystal report developer and they are on Apps10. Can they use Crystal Report 2020 64 bit version?

Here is the support notes for Apps 10:

The runtime engine is compatible with Crystal Report layouts designed with version XI, XI R2, 2011,2013 and 2016. The layouts needs to be designed according to the recommended and supported design guidelines.

So CR 2020 isn’t in the list of supported version. However this platform support document isn’t always up to date and it is best to check with your local IFS Support.

Hi,

The supported platform document is now updated with Crystal 2020 details.

“The runtime engine is compatible with Crystal Report layouts designed with version XI, XI R2, 2011,2013, 2016 and 2020. The layouts needs to be designed according to the recommended and supported design guidelines.”

Hi @Srikanth

We have Crystal Reports XI installed on Windows 10, and want to use it for developing IFS10 reports

It has no problem when we connected it to Oracle 10g. But it can’t connect to Oracle 12c. It error and then crash/exit. We use ODAC 12.1

Any idea about this?

Have you tried using Oracle 12c client instead of ODAC?

Can you paste the error screenshot before the crash occurs?
