Create a Call Center Case from Business Activity

Is it possible to open up the Call Center New Case Assistant from a Business Activity?  Possibly through a RMB event?  I know I can transfer to a case, but since the Assistant is a Pop up Window, I don’t know if it is possible.  If I can, is there a way to capture that Case Number on the Activity?

Hi 

 

As you have already said you could transfer to a case.  If you press Alt and select View Address Bar then navigate to New Case Assistant you might see the call being made.  IF available that could be used with your RMB.
