A customer of ours is working on an interface between their bespoke HR system and IFS. They have the insert of new employees from their system into IFS up and running. However when a change is done for first or last name of the person (the employee), the response is good (status 200 received), but it can't be seen in the employee file in IFS Cloud.

Although response seems good, customer doesn't see it (also not after refresh of screen).

Anybody that encountered this as well (here or with another svc)?

Customer found PersEntity.svc which seems to work. Hope this thread helps you when you encounter a similar problem.
