Where can I find the process described of ordering a backup for our prod environment in Use Place managed cloud? 


Is it by ticket handeling in SNOW?  The support policy gives me the information about RPO/RTO. But is it described what action I must take if we need to restore?

What are the backups that you do for us in PRD Use Place managed cloud ?
What if we need extra backups ? What if we need to restore ?

Latest info I got was that they keep a 14 days backup but I do not think you can get a backup yourselves. Only for emergency cases
