Hi,

I am working to setup an auto-email invoice. 

My backend support team has confirmed the event is turned on. 

The customer setup appears to be correct?

 

 

The order history tells me that an invoice has been sent, but I am not receiving an email.

 

What steps would to recommend to begin troubleshooting? I am unfamiliar with events in IFS.

Also, where can I view a history of invoices that HAVE been auto-emailed?
