Aurena users missing header Nav bar

Hello,

We have some users who are missing the Navigation bar at the top of their Aurena screen. Others have seen it missing and come back upon later logins. We have tried clearing browser history, cache, and used different browsers, but can’t come up with a definitive answer yet. 

Has anyone else run across this and documented a fix? My assumption is that it’s something simple, but we can’t put our finger on it. 

Any help is appreciated.
