I’m trying to create a shortcut in Aurena that has a saved search so when our operators click the shortcut, Aurena pulls the data in based on what I have in the search criteria, like we can do today in IEE. Any help is appreciated. There is a “filter” option but I don’t seem to be able to modify this when creating the bookmark.
