Aurena Permission Issue - No access/Failed to load attachments

Hi,

I have referred below 2 posts of the community but yet to solve this Aurena issue.

 

I cannot find the Entity Action called FndTempLobStore for NCR or CAPA window mentioned on above posts but I get the same error like below.

 

 

FND_WEBENDUSER_MAIN permission set was already granted. Will Someone be able to help me please?

Hi @nimesh ,

 

I think you need to give access to the media library.

We defined this permission set to allow our users to add and view items to the media pages for incident reporting.   The same permission set should work for NCR and CAPA to add and view items to the media library.
