Dear all,

we are using Aurena as approval dashboard, to approve invoices, expenses and POs. The dashboard is being used by people who are not ordinary IFS users, so some screen parts might be confusing for them if too many details and/or options provided on the page.

One of the sections which has some space for improvement/simplification is document attachment section, on the following screenshot.

 

 

We would like to hide/rename some buttons there, but we have not found any possibility to do it via page designer.

Is anybody aware how to reach page configuration for document attachments?

Is there any possibility to switch the appearance of file attachments in Aurena in a similar way as in EE on the screenshot below?

It’s unfortunately not possible to change the appearance at the moment. It has been requested, but not yet implemented.
