We are a public company.  Our auditors are requiring the following reports:

  • IFS Operations Success and Management Cloud Service SOC 1
  • Microsoft Subservice Organization SOC 1 (For IFS)

And obtaining from Todd Williams requires frequent follow up emails to chase after the documentation.  Where is this information published so that we can self-serve without sending lots of emails?

Thank you for your post.
The documentation contains sensitive data and should be only be visible to existing Customers, that's why we don't have a space for it on community. I will create an IDEA to create Space for SOC documents on Trust center or IFS Portal.
