As part of our project to start using Apps9 (we are on upgrade 17) Service and Maintenance module I have had to create a few custom fields, like original planned date. I would like to have an event that when the IFS standard field for planned date is populated with data and saved that this enters the same date once only into my custom field (created a field that is insertable but not updateable). However I am needing some guidance on how to create the Event and pull in the custom field(s) that I need, plus help with the script to complete this in the best way in the Event action. Can anyone help me?
